As part of the Ministry of Youth and Sports' Young Energy Project, which periodically organizes technical visits to the petroleum fields of Şırnak and Batman, students from the ITU Department of Geophysical Engineering participated in a field trip to the drilling sites in Gabar through the involvement of the ITU Geophysical Engineering Club.

During the visit, students received information from industry professionals and gained valuable insight into petroleum exploration and production processes through direct field observations.
